A prominent professor spoke at Lernier recently and said most scientists agree they know not what “conscience” is. I remain shocked. To have a conscious mind is to be completely aware in discernment. I think it requires the willful discipline of choosing mindfully in concert with God’s will. I mean, we understand that it is unconscionable to suppress, manipulate, and enslave , let alone join dark forces harming the innocent. Anyone in their right mind, consciously discerns jointly in God’s light.

Roots

I was attempting to repot some plants. My sister had given me two pots, of amaryllis. They would need to be separated. There were two, in each small container. So, I was trying, to do this. But, I couldn’t find any roots. I kept digging and finally just dug down and pulled the plant out. There was no root. Maybe it has a bulb. Yep. I looked it up. The one that I pulled out, would not live, I knew. It was a lost cause. It was disconnected from it’s life source.

Texas 4-H Foundation launches $4 million fundraising campaign

A new fundraising campaign by the Texas 4-H Foundation aims to create more opportunities to prepare Texas 4-H members to become future leaders in a constantly changing society. The new 4×4 for Texas 4-H Campaign, approved by the Texas 4-H Foundation board of directors with support from the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, is a fouryear, $4 million campaign to support 4-H youth participating in county-, district- and state-level programs.
