Building a Stronger Community Through Volunteerism ...

Body
Join Sabine County Hospital in Building a Stronger Community Through Volunteerism. Our community is coming together to launch a Hospital Auxiliary, and we need your help! We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to bring this vision to life, whether you’re a student looking for experience. A retiree wanting to give back. Or someone who simply enjoys helping others, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Volunteers would support our local hospital by welcoming visitors, providing directions with a friendly face. Assisting staff in non-medical duties and participating in fundraising initiatives to support hospital programs and resources. We welcome all community members, high school students (driving age and up) who want to gain valuable experience. Volunteers must complete a background check and a brief orientation, including infection control and safety training. We understand everyone has different schedules, volunteers can serve in sifts as short as a few hours per week. Sign up to volunteer by filling out an application (soon to be available online). Spread the word! Help us to brainstorm and organize fundraising efforts. Join our next meeting to share ideas and get involved. Let’s build something meaningful together! Reach out to Sabine County Hospital online at www.sabinecountyhospital.com.
