Body The JR Huffman Library hosted story time this week with two great stories about Easter and Resurection Sunday. After their story, they had some rabbit food, special photos and and an Eastr egg hunt at the Library Gazebo. Thanks to all who came and helped make it a memorable day.

Body Sabine County Hospital hosted family Easter Egg Hunt for their employees and were treated with a visit from the Easter Bunny himself. April 30th the hospital is hosting a health fair and will be celebrating 45 years of serving Sabine County. You are invited!

Body Hop on over for a fun-filled day at the city park on Saturday, April 19, for First Baptist Church, Hemphill, annual city wide Easter egg hunt. Bring your family, friends and little ones for an exciting hunt, prizes and lots of candy.

Body The Sabine County Chamber of Commerce gathered for its monthly meeting on April 8, 2025, embracing a fresh approach to community involvement by holding the meeting at The Lost Frontier—a shift from its traditional location at the Feed Store Café.

Body Commisonners court opened with prayer and the pledge of allegiance. Channelle Svehla presented five of her championship competitors from 4 H and the County Show. Sabine County had twenty-six entered into competition and won seven Grand Champions.
