Madeleine Ince, granddaughter of Tom and Cindy Ince of Hemphill, was the Grand Champion winner for her division in the “Small Quilts” division at the Travis County Youth Show on January 17, 2025! Madeleine is 10 years old and in 4th grade at Regents School of Austin. Madeleine is the great granddaughter of Bill and Janice Speights of Hemphill, who gifted her with a sewing machine!

A woman had placed an ad in a newspaper called the Sabine County Reporter congratulating her husband and his lover on the baby they were expecting.
