Lots of activity for July Chamber

Body The July meeting of the Sabine County Chamber of Commerce opened with a prayer and Pledge to the flag, followed by a nice lunch provided by the local VFW Auxiliary 10351. Curtis Buckner said the VFW Post is working on becoming more involved in the community.

Indictments returned by Sabine Grand Jury

Body Officials have unsealed a total of 27 indictments returned as a result of the Grand Jury meeting on June 15 in Sabine County. As a reminder, an indictment is not a finding of guilt, but enough evidence exists to warrant a hearing.
