The VFW Post 10351 Color Guard posted and retired the colors, and the First & Second graders sang several patriotic songs for the crowd of veterans and students. Also presented were the White Table Cloth ceremony (pictured in front of the band) and Patriots Pen JH Winner essay. Welcome Integrity: Trust

Body
Trust is a diamond in the soul. If we could cherish its quality in ourselves as much as in others, integrity would reign, as I believe it is in heaven. I pray “Thy will be done” in my free will, to be blessed by His grace to have faith, to carry on with choices that make a difference. Our character is measured by our actions.

He healed them all

Body
Where do positive expectations come from? They are most certainly a result of renewing the mind to God’s will, that which is good, acceptable, and perfect. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God (Romans 12:2).

“This old guitar gave me my life, my living, and all the things you know I love to do...” John Denver When I was a little girl, my dad taught me how to strum the song “Puff, the Magic Dragon” while he played the chords. I was so proud and definitely thought I was the talented one. Forty- something years later, I can still pick that Yamaha guitar out of a lineup by sound alone.
