Body Sabine County Hospital representatives had the honor of attending the Workforce Solutions Career Connection Hiring event hosted by Hemphill High School. They were able to spread awareness about essential roles that are in high demand as well as current job opportunities.

Body CASA and several volunteers from the Sabine County Child Welfare board held a vigil at the Courthouse on Thursday evening, April 25th in remembrance of the 173 children that have died from child abuse in Texas recently.

Body The Sabine County Economic Development Advisory Council (SCEDAC) held a meeting on Tuesday, April 23rd at the Sabine County courthouse and Judge Melton and Charlie Dromgoole shared lots of interesting news concerning Sabine County.

Body Lady Tigers are headed into round two after winning against Big Sandy Dallardsville. They will now face Shelbyville in Nacogdoches Thursday at 6 pm with game 2 on Saturday at 2 p.m. If needed, game 3 will be played at 4 pm.

Body The Lady Tigers made the short trek south to Jasper to kick off their playoffs against the Big Sandy Wildcats in the bi-district round April 25. It was a nip and tuck affair throughout as neither team would seize the game by the throat and make it theirs.
