It’s no secret that I love dogs. I love dogs, and I don’t have one right now because, traveling as much as my husband, Peter, and I do, having a dog makes no sense.

I am certain that you have heard someone use the phrase, “That cost me an arm and a leg.” We understand it to mean that it refers to something of great cost or value. It is in common usage, but where did it originate? Here again, research reveals interesting data.

Sunday, the first day of the week, is my favorite day of the week. “Why?” I would answer you by saying, “that Biblically, spiritual worship is a must” (John 4:24). That Biblically, the proper object of acceptable worship is God.
