It is as natural to seek well being as it is formidable to know joy. I feel the peace of God that surpasses all understanding in prayer. Being in the presence of like- minded people, comforts and encourages. But, not all people like all the people God created.

Holding on to my Bible wishing to have studied the books of 1 and 2 Samuel years ago, but comforted enough to see by markings that I delved into them, in past studies.

Age and health problems have caused me, to stop driving at night. But, I love to go to church.

“For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.” (Prov. 23:7) Our thoughts about ourselves are often diametrically opposed to the truth of who we really are in Christ.

Throughout my years, I have had many crazy days. I guess it's crazy days that develop character.

If you don't have any fun in life, what is the purpose? I know life is more than just having fun, but there is a place for fun in our daily lives. Everyone has their idea of what fun is, and we don't always agree on that.

Every one of us at Turning Point USA is crushed and devastated by the hateful murder of our founder and guiding light, Charlie Kirk. All of us have lost a leader, a mentor, and a friend. Above all, our hearts are with Erika and their two children.

A family died, not long ago, by a fire in their own house. They were not consumed by the flames but suffocated by the smoke.

Crossroads give pause. One stands to consider; it is best to gaze upwards, to seek counsel. One has to be prepared with faith before taking the deciding step. This is the moment I revisit more mindfully than ever before.

I have a confession to make. I never realized that the older I get, the more difficult life seems to be.
