Body Friday nights season opener between the Brookeland Lady Wildcats Vs the San Augustine Lady Wolves was an exciting and fast paced game with the Lady Wildcats, after taking a few minutes to settle into their rhythm, started dominating the court on both sides of the ball.

Body The Hemphill “Little Green Band” and the West Sabine “ Tiger Band” traveled this weekend to Carthage to perform for the Pre U.I.L. NAMMB contest. Both bands were critiqued on things that needed to be improved before their actual U.I. L contest coming up.

Body The Hemphill Hornet Bass Club held a tournament October 1, at Holly Park Marina. It was a cool brisk morning but as the day warmed up, the fish began to bite. Eight out of ten teams brought in fish. Winning first place with a weight of 3.

Body H. Moore and T. Reynolds win it all at 6th Annual Keith Combs Sam Rayburn slam on Saturday! They came in 1st place (out of 60 registered teams) with a 5 fish limit bag weighing 25.64 pounds.
