Body In my life, time has a way of getting out of control. If I could control time, I would be a very happy dude. My one question in life is, where does time go? And, can I retrieve it?

Body I was enjoying my soft, clean bed. As I waited for sleep to come; my mind was busy.

Body Recently, one of our granddaughters reached the magical age of 16 and was applying for her driver’s license. When I learned of that, it brought back so many memories of my own.

Body I have been showing people a picture of my brain for almost a month now. I’ve been having a lot of fun doing it and teasing people by saying, “I have proof that I have a brain.” In the beginning, I just believed that having a brain would be a wonderful experience for me.

Body I was working in the kitchen. I love my special homemade soup. Today, was the day to stock up, on it. I made a big pot and froze part of it. It starts off with pasta cooked in chicken broth. Then, all the vegetables I can find, are added. Tomatoes, sauce or V8, are the next step.

Body Our Lord Jesus Christ encouraged the disciples to spread the good news of the Kingdom of God. He spoke of what to do in memory of Him. The church was in need to keep the faith, to spread the gospel, and be of service in obedience to God.

Body My daughter and her husband had come to visit me. They live in Lufkin. But, I still don’t get to see them, too often. She is a teacher and he does wood work and other things. They were about to go on a trip and wanted to see me first. Thank God, for my loving family.
