Reba Ann King

Reba Ann King, 92, of Bronson passed away Sunday, November 26 in Nacogdoches. Reba was born October 15, 1931 in Groves to Luther Taylor Dill and Naomi Parker Dill. She was a longtime resident of Bridge City where she was a Registered Nurse and had worked for many years as the Director of Nursing in Emergency Care. She and her husband, John, had been Sabine County residents for the past 38 years.

Mrs. Anna Lee Mosely Clark 85, of San Augustine, departed this physical life on November 16, at Colonial Pines Nursing Center in San Augustine. Anna was born February 04, 1938. She is survived by her daughter Theresa Ware of Corrona, CA, grandchildren 3, great grandchildren 6, brother Mike Berry of San Augustine, sister Lillie Anthony of Sexton. As well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Billy Joe Williams, 46, of Pineland, passed away Saturday, November 25, in Sabine County Hospital. B.J., as he was known to his friends and family, was born in San Augustine, on July 20, 1977 to Tommy Joe Williams and Tena Worrell Reeves.

James Theo Wright

James Theo Wright, 63, of Bronson passed away Tuesday, November 14 at St. Luke's Hospital in The Woodlands. James was born October 17, 1960 in Dallas to Theo Wright and Ann Horton Wright. He was a graduate of West Sabine High School and had worked as a CNA in the medical field. He enjoyed life to the fullest and loved his dog, Tigger. He is survived by his father, Theo Wright of Bronson; sons, Brandon Wright and wife, Renee, of Deer Park and Christopher Wright of LaPorte; daughter, Kristen Wright and Jordan of LaPorte; brother, David Wright and wife, Sandra, of Bronson; sister, Lisa Craig of Bronson; and grandchildren, Abigail, Edgar, Veanett, Emma, Camden, Kathryn, Brayden and Avery.

Gaylon Roygene Ferguson

Gaylon Roygene Ferguson, 73, of Pineland, passed away Sunday, Nov. 12, at his residence. Gaylon was born June 29, 1950 in Hemphill, o Willie Samuel Ferguson and Nettie Irene Rogers Ferguson. Fie was a lifelong resident of Sabine County and had served as a member of the United States Air Force and attended Sam Flouston University where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree. Fie opened Piney Woods Nursery in Pineland in 1978 and there he kept his customers supplied with all their gardening and landscaping needs until his retirement in 2016. Fie moved to Mount View, Arkansas after retiring and returned to Pineland in 2021.

Fabbatha Chanae Gamer, 35, of Geneva departed this physical life on November 5 at CF1I St. Fuke Memorial in San Augustine. Funeral service Saturday Nov. 11 at 12 p.m. at Reed Chapel Baptist Church, interment County Fine Cemetery, Rev. A. F. Florton, officiating. Visitation Friday Nov. 10 from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Gamer & Son Mortuary Chapel. Fabbatha was born June 12, 1988, survived by mother Earnie Mae Garner Jones (Feroy) of Geneva, paternal grandmother Emma Watts of San Augustine, brother Rayshun Watts of Center. Christopher Wesley Green, 38, of Pineland departed this physical life on November 2 at his residence in Pineland. Funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Fhursday Nov 9 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church, interment Cedar Grove Cemetery, Rev. Orvin Garrett, Officiating. Final viewing held on the day of the service. Mr. Green was bom January 3, 1985 is survived by his sister Kimberly Evans of Pineland and special aunt Jessie Whitaker of Pineland. As well as a host of other relatives and friends. Patricia Ann Johnson, 74, of Nacogdoches departed this physical life on November 1, at Parkwood in the Pines in Fufkin. Funeral service Friday November 10, 11:00 a.m. at New Zion Femple of Deliverance, interment Macedonia Cemetery, Bishop Clifford F. Olford, officiating. Final viewing held prior to start of the Service on Friday, November 10 from 10 a.m. until service time. Visitation Fhursday, November 09, 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Gamer & Son Mortuary Chapel. Patricia bom September 27, 1949 is survived by her son Eric Davis (Shyretta) of Flouston, three daughters Patricia F. Price (Vincent) of Virginia, Fynell Davis of Allen, Cotena Davis of Nacogdoches, ten grand children, three great-grand children, two brothers Farry Parks (Kathy) of Fufkin, Marvin Parks (Vila) of Flemphill, two sisters Carolyn Sowell (Roger) of Fufkin, Marilyn Parks of Fufkin. Barbara Watson

Barbara Watson met her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, Nov. 12. She was a dearly loved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. During her 86 years of life on this earth she sought to serve her Lord faithfully by serving her family and others. Spiritual conversations with her family were the highlight of her life. She was willing to stay up into the wee hours of the morning praying and conversating over God’s word. Barbara was proceeded in death by her loving husband Judge Charles Watson and her parents, Jesse and Leona Slater. She was cared for by her children: Wyatt, Deena, and Damon and their spouses. Her legacy carries on with 8 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
