Fireworks over the water...what is better?

Body
Take a rain washed summer evening, provide free fish, fries, banana pudding, and watermelon, now try to make it better. Add fireworks, of course. Six Mile Marina not only fed the crowd, but provided them front row, waterfront seats to their annual 4th of July fireworks show. The SRA gets an assist for their work on both ends of the bridge making viewing the show more accessible for viewing by more people. Not only did the marina draw a good crowd, but both boat ramp parking lots were full.

Kids, Hot Dogs, and Fireworks...

Once again, local business donations, such as Sportsman Cafe donating the hot dog buns, and money donated by individuals and fund raisers, allowed the VFD Auxiliary to provide hot dogs, chips, ice cream, watermelon, and drinks for the crowd before getting to the main event...the fireworks.
