Body Reality does not always match up with fantasy. My fantasy, once I finally sold my first novel, was that I would print my book in hard copy (which I never do) and carry it out of my office and go somewhere with it— maybe a coffee shop!

Body On Thursday, May 1, Kalo Axsom ran 56 miles of the Trail Between the Lakes to commemorate 5 years of ultra running and sobriety. Originally from Natchitoches, Louisiana, Kalo’s ultra running training started in 2020 lockdown, and continued after he moved to Florida.

A SIGHT FOR SORE EYES

Body While down town the other day I met a friend whom I had not seen for several years. We stopped to visit and I commented “My, you are a sight for sore eyes!” We both immediately knew what I meant by that comment – I was pleased to see my friend.
