23 Hornets added...

Body
When Dr. Edward Rynearson, Principal of Pittsburghs' Fifth Avenue High School, founded the original chapter of the National Honor Society, he set in motion a movement that would become the standard for High School academic achievement. One hundred and one years later, the NHS has become a worldwide organization that stresses not only academics, but community involvement by its members. The 2021-2022 class of Hemphill High School added 23 new NHS inductees, 18 Sophomores, 3 Juniors, and 2 Seniors, to the previous 51 members. Tuesday evening, Angela Iles and Kristi McDaniel supervised the ceremony as eachnewmember signed the Hemphill HS NHS Ledger, then lit a candle whichrepresented the Four Tenets of the organization...Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character...finally, repeating the NHS Pledge. Them vs Us: little people paying big oil and gas prices

Body
Ask anyone who owns a business, or has ever owned one, what their top priorities should be. “Making a profit” should be really close to the top of the list, if not #1 on most of them. So, where does a business draw the line between “successful” and “taking advantage”? We are currently having this debate in public, at least some of us are. Others are bypassing the discussion and going straight for the blame, with fingers being pointed in several directions.

Body

Outgoing personalities seem overly aggressive, quiet personalities go even quieter, introverts withdraw for days at a time, and questions about how they are doing are met with anger, or silence.
