Tina Marie Morris Roche, 77, of Lufkin (formerly of Pineland) passed away February 25, 2026, at her residence.

She was born July 22, 1948, in Chinhae, South Korea, to parents Jongsun Bae and Yonk Sik Hong. Tina had lived in the United States most of her life and was a former longtime resident of Pineland and Sabine County, as well as living in Georgia, before moving to Angelina County in recent years. She was strong in her faith and was a Jehovah's Witness. Tina loved her family and especially cooking for them and seeing to their needs.

Survivors: sons, Joush Morris and wife Tina of Rosevine and Sam Morris of Nacogdoches; sister, Sunhee Hong; brothers, Changhee Hong and Inchel Hong; grandchildren, Hannah Cook and husband Will, Savannah Weathered and husband Terrance, Annah Morris, Brayden Morris, Kamryn Morris, and Kane Morris; and great-grandchildren, Jay, Gentry, Jet, Cami Kate, and Kash.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Roche; sister, Okhee Hong; mother-in-law, Velma Sloan; and sister-in-law, Bonnie Jacks.

Services were held Sunday, March 1, at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home chapel in San Augustine with Bro. Jason Perry officiating. Interment followed at Pineland Cemetery in Pineland.

Pallbearers: Terrance Weathered, Will Cook, Brendon Weaver, Brayden Morris, Kane Morris, and Zachary Verhalen. Honorary pallbearer: Derek Bobbitt.
