Randy Lee Cassidy, 70, of Pineland died Thursday, July 23, 2026.

Randy was born August 20, 1955, in Waco, McLennan County, to parents Faye (Herrington) and Joe Byron Cassidy Jr. He had lived in Sabine County several years and was a retired landscaper.

Survivors: mother, Faye Dickerson of Pineland; and sister, Terry Cassidy of Cheyenne, Wyoming.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Leah; brother, Dennis; and a nephew, Bryan.

Private arrangements are under the direction of Wyman Roberts Funeral Home in San Augustine with inurnment at Centerview Cemetery near Pineland.
