fishing Toledo Bend since he was young boy. He loved working with his hands and was a master mechanic that could fix anything. He also enjoyed wood working. In his personal life, Kyle was a beloved son, father, brother, and grandfather.

He is survived by his mother, Doris Arney, and her husband, Steve, of Hemphill; grandmother, Verl McGough of Hemphill; his son, Robert 'Bobby' Wilson, and wife, Delaney, of Wiesbaden, Germany; his daughter, Sara Wilson, of Pineland; his brother, Charlie 'Chuck' Wilson, and wife, Theresa, of Longview; his sisters, Kellye Lorenz and husband, Sam, of Springfield, MO, and Heather Medina and husband, Stevie, of Austin. Kyle was also a grandfather to Layla Childress, Ava Wilson, Luna McClintock, and Liam McClintock.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Wilson, his sister, Karen Wilson Newell, and his granddaughter, Lilly Godeaux.

Funeral services were held Sunday, March 3 in Starr Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Floyd Wright officiating. Burial followed services at Lows Chapel Cemetery.

He was born on October 10, 1965, in Guntersville, Alabama, to the late Robert Harold Wilson and Doris Marie Boyett Wilson Arney. He was a long-time resident of Sabine County.
