Judy Mae Hutchison, 69, of Hemphill, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022, at Harbor Hospice in Jasper.

She was born in Shreveport, LA, on July 6, 1952, to Walter and Dorothy Nicoles Stephens. She was a 46 year resident of Sabine County, having previously resided in Stonewall, LA, and had worked as a security guard for Temple-Inland before her retirement. She was a loving mother and grandmother but she was also known as a feisty lady and if she loved you, she loved you. And she loved her baby, Tink.

She is survived by her son, Shane Guy of Hemphill; daughter, Angela Stewart and husband, Billy, of Hemphill; brother, Danny Mason of Stonewall; sisters, Pat Childress of Natchitoches, LA and Jan Chambliss of Stonewall; grandchildren, Brittany Stewart, Heather Cramer, Ariel Guy, Erica Guy and Dyllan Guy; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements were handled by Starr Funeral Home in Hemphill.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
