Eloise Evans Kincel, 61, of Beaumont, passed away on August 9, 2024. Born on October 2, 1963, in Center, to J.B. Evans and Bobbie Jean Rash Evans, she was a beacon of warmth and love throughout her life. Eloise spent her formative years in Jasper, before making Sabine County her home for 44 years. Known for her vibrant personality, she cherished her role as a loving housewife and mother, always putting her family first. Eloise's love extended beyond her home; she was an active member of the Bronson Revival Center, where she enjoyed inviting others to join her in worship and community activities.

Her life was filled with simple pleasures; she loved playing games like 42 and Uno, getting her nails done, and watching westerns. She also loved the color, green. Her kitchen was a place of warmth, where she loved to cook and enjoy a cup of coffee. She cherished spending time with her great granddaughter, Lily.

Eloise is survived by her devoted husband, Melvin Kincel of Hemphill; daughters, Tonya Perkins and her husband, Billy, of Fred, and Mary Coulter and her husband, Mark, of San Augustine; along with her beloved grandchildren, Courtney and Jordon Hoag, Whitney Herring, Bradon Michael, Mindy Coulter, Mariah Coulter, Brant Micaiah and Monica Coulter and great-grandchildren, Rosa Faye, Jomey and Willow Ann. She also leaves behind her siblings, Janice Carlton, Elaine Hallock, Linda Sue Berry, and Odessa Glass.

She was preceded in death by her parents, JB and Bobbie Evans; sisters, Donice Smith, Bobbie Luman, and Judy Wolfe; and brothers, Jimmy Evans and James Evans.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at Starr Funeral Home Chapel, Hemphill, Texas, with Bro. Michael Payne and Bro. Burton Lakey officiating. Visitation will commence one hour prior to the service.

Eloise will be laid to rest in Frisby Cemetery. Pallbearers include Billy Perkins, Bradon Michael, Jordon Hoag, Courtney Hoag, Easton Mitchell, and Trey Berry, with honorary pallbearers Mark Coulter, William Kincel, and Glenn Smith.
