Aliyah Janay Anders, 26 of Lufkin, died on Dec. 27, 2023. Aliyah was born July 27, 1997.

She is survived by her daughter, Miracle Jhene Jenkins; father, Herman Earl Anders, Sr. of San Augustine and mother Phillis Renee Johnson Harris (Curtis) of Fresno as well as paternal grandmother, Mrs. Selma Holman Miles of San Augustine; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Johnnie Faye Garrett Johnson of San Augustine; brother, Herman Earl Anders, Jr. Of San Augustine, as well as a host of other relatives and Friends.

Funeral Services were held Jan. 6, at Reed Chapel Baptist Church with interment at Greer Cemetery with Pastor Amos.
