Lynn Marie Schovajsa
Lynn Marie Schovajsa, born on April 25, 1954, in Buffalo, New York to Leonard Zak and Rosemary Mello Zak, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2026, in Pineland. Throughout her 72 years, Lynn touched the lives of those around her with kindness, strength, and a deep devotion to her family and passions. Lynn found her calling in nursing and dedicated many years of her life as an LVN Nurse at Jasper Memorial Hospital. Her commitment to caring for others was rooted in professionalism and empathy, and she made a difference for countless patients and their families throughout her career. Lynn's educational journey included earning an Associate Degree in Nursing, reflecting both her drive for excellence and her commitment to service. Beyond her professional achievements, Lynn was a woman of many joys and interests. She loved gardening, nurturing her plants with the same patience and gentle attention she offered to others. Horses held a special place in her heart, and she was happiest when surrounded by animals—especially her beloved dogs, with whom she shared countless hours of companionship.
Lynn is survived by her sons, Gerald Bullock and wife, Sabine, of Pineland, Zackary Bullock of Clear Water, Florida, and Josh Schovajsa of Houston; her daughter, Angela Bullock of Michigan; and her seven cherished grandchildren. Lynn's warmth, guidance, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by them all. She was preceded in death by her father, Leonard Zak.
The memories of Lynn’s gentle spirit, her nurturing care both at home and in her profession, and her passions for nature and animals will endure in the hearts of all who knew her. Her impact continues through her family and the many lives she touched.
