Jeremy Ryan Gulley, 38, passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home in Rockdale. Jeremy is survived by his father, David Gulley; his brother, Josh Gulley; his beloved sons, Mason and Nathan; his grandparents, Gene and Ann Nethery; his nephew, Zach; his significant other, Katie; and many relatives and friends who will deeply miss his presence in their lives. Jeremy proudly served his country in the United States Army from 2005 to 2007. Following his military service, he built a successful career in Instrumentation and Electrical work, where his technical skills and dedication were well-respected.

A man who lived life to the fullest, Jeremy found joy in spending quality time with his family and friends. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, boating, and fishing. Music was another passion, and he could often be found at concerts enjoying live performances. Jeremy was also an enthusiast collector, with particular interests in cars, motorcycles, watches, and EDC (everyday carry) items. He had a keen interest in firearms and enjoyed recreational shooting.

Jeremy's warm personality, generous spirit, and love for adventure touched the lives of all who knew him. He will be remembered as a devoted father, loving family member, and loyal friend whose absence leaves a profound void in the hearts of those he loved.

Funeral services for Jeremy were held. Saturday, September 13, 2025 in Starr Funeral Home Chapel, 510 Starr Street, Hemphill, Texas with his grandfather, Gene Nethery, officiating.

Burial followed services in Milam Cemetery with Josh Gulley, Zachary Gulley, Mason Gulley, Max Blackburn, B.J. Gunter and Morrison Cleghorn serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Dan Gulley, Chris James, Alex James, Drew James and Chance Reyes.
