Raymond Dale Bragg, 64, of Bronson, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at his residence.

He was born on November 21, 1960, in San Augustine, to Manuel Odale Bragg and Barbara Latham Bragg. A lifelong resident of Sabine County, Raymond worked as a log cutter in the timber industry. He had a deep love for the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Above all, he cherished spending time with his grandchildren.

Raymond is survived by his wife, Paula Bragg of Bronson; his son, Kevin Bragg and wife, Ashley, of Bronson; his daughter, Kayla Bragg of Pineland; his brother, Charles Ray Bragg and wife, Teresa, of Plainview; his sisters, Vera Hyden and husband, Cade, of Scrappin' Valley, Charlotte Chance and husband, Dennis, of Plainview, Tammy Mitchell and husband, Ricky, of Bronson, and Pam Jacks and husband, Stanley, of Plainview; as well as his beloved grandchildren, Kenzy, Easton, Braxton, Rylan, and Dallas.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr Street, Hemphill, Texas.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2025, in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Curtis White officiating.

Burial will follow in Gravel Hill Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Chad Morrison, Dustin Bragg, Josh Jacks, Nick Jacks, Jimmy Spears, and Charles Kincel. Honorary pallbearer will be Keith Austin.
