Cindy Ritchey, 76, of Milam passed away on May 15, 2024. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Cindy was a pioneer woman for real, she broke burriers by being one of a few women who drove 18 wheelers across county in the early 70’s. Her zest for life was contagious and her stern hand was always there for correction and comfort.

She is sorely missed by those who survived her: son Timmy Davis, granddaughter Amanday Kay Davis, grandson Devon John Davis, five great grandkids Kolby Stevens, Justin Jevon Jonze, Jenisis Davis, several nieces and nephews. Whom to most she was like a Mom to Megan Butler, Morgan Sherwood, Guy Sherwood, Charles Sherwood, Patsy and Charles Dickerson, great great nephew Corey Butler and Ember Alberts, She was preceded by husband of 53 years John Ritchey, son Brian Davis, Mom and Dad Susan Van Hyfte and Coleman B Thompson.

She was a member at The Refuge in Milam and loved her pastor George Ross. Memorial will be held on June 21, 2024 at 2:30 pm. Thank you friends and family for attending.
