Marsha Kay Williams Jackson, 69, of Milam, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2024 at Sabine County Hospital in Hemphill. Marsha was born September 25, 1954 in Nacogdoches, to Lindell Brown and Joyce Neal Brown. She was a lifetime resident of Sabine County and a member of East Mayfield Baptist Church. She had worked as a secretary for Hemphill ISD for many years where her smile was the first to greet you as you entered the school.

She enjoyed shopping and taking care of her flowers. She loved her family and enjoyed watching her grandchildren participating in sports and rodeo.

Marsha is survived by her husband of 29 years, Butch Jackson of Milam; daughter, Krystal Fuller and husband, Cole, of San Augustine; step-sons, Johnny Jackson and wife, Deanna, of Kerens, Robert Jackson and wife, Diane, of Baton Rouge and Michael Jackson of Milam; step-daughter, Patricia Jackson and Jay Bellett, of Milam; brother, Archie Brown of Ben Wheeler, ; sisters, Linda Smith and husband, Ronny, of Lufkin and Terry Uitterdyk and husband, Hank, of Rock Springs, Wyoming; grandchildren, Hayslee and Haysten Fuller; stepgrandchildren, Heather, Justin, J.C., Amanda, Keri and Kirby; and numerous great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lindell and Joyce Brown; husband, Lamar Williams; and step-son, Jimmy Jackson.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr Street, Hemphill.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 8, 2024 in Starr Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Floyd Wright officiating.

Burial will follow services in New Hope Cemetery, 400 New Hope Drive, Milam, with Johnny Jackson, Jamie Havard, Darren Smith, William Richards and Randy Williams serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Jeremy McDaniel and Larry Upshaw.
