Francis 'Linda' James followed her soulmate and beloved husband, Kurt Butler, to be in the arms of our Savior February 3, 2023. There she met her mother Arletha 'Arlie' Cooper, father Jesse Howard James, brother Cole Harold, and 3 sisters, Bennie 'Neni' Adkins, Betty Lou Foster and Dorothy Juan Hart. What a reunion! She is survived by her three daughters, Linda (Terry) McCue, Toni (Matt) Wolff, and Angel James Butler; 8 grandchildren who know her as mamalynn: Joshua, Wesley, Rachel Lynn, Le'Chelle, Erica, Brooke, Elijah, and Wyatt; as well as many great grandchildren.

She was a devoted, mother, wife, mamalynn, aunt, cousin and friend. A woman of unwavering faith.

A Memorial Service was held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 22 at Starr Funeral Home.
