MEMORABLE SCRIPTURE: DESIRES AND FIGHTS Where do wars and fights come from among you? Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members? James 4:1 Where there is fighting, sin is present. I’m not talking about defending yourself when attacked or a sporting event like boxing or wrestling, but on the level of war, riots, mass violence, and personal attacks.

I walked into the dining room, surprised to see dirt scattered over the floor. There’d been no children here. So, what happened? Beneath the window, I had placed two pot plants that, I had managed to keep alive. One was healthy, the other barely alive. (I don’t seem to have, a green thumb, at all.)
