The persons named below have been charged but not proven guilty of the crimes stated. This information is obtained by written request to the Sheriff from Sabine County Reporter.

June 6:

Earl Wayne Gattis, 76, interfer with public duties, arrested by Sabine County Sheriff’s Deputy Mike Ray;

Brady Austin Mitchell, 17, assault causes bodily injury, arrested by Hemphill Police Officer Forrest Trexler.

June 7:

David Joseph Gaspard, 46, public intoxication, arrested by Sabine County Sheriff’s Deputy Alec Eichler;

Jason Matthew Lakey, 18, sexual assault of a child, arrested by Deputy Eichler.

June 8:

Dorice Clair Bass, 41, evadng arrest detention with vehicle, display of fictitious license plate, unauthorized use of a vehicle, stalking, burglary of vehicle, assualt causing bodily injury, arrested by Hemphill Police Officer David Perry;

Gilbert Daniel McCarty, 56, theft of property >=$750<$2,500, arrested by Sabine County Sheriff’s Deputy JP Macdonough;

Mitchell Lance Sonnier, 40, bail jumping and failure to appear, bail jumping and failure to appear, arrested by Sabine County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy George Griffith

June 10:

Charles Brandon South, 28, violation of bond/protective order, arrested by Deputy JP Macdonough;

Jessica Ann Lee South, 28, assault causing bodily injury of family member, arrested by Chief Deputy Griffith.
 

June11:

Doris Louise Wilson, 42, purchase/furnish alcohol to a minor, arrested by Sabine County Sheriff’s Deputy Sergeant Leon Miller;

Cameron Joseph Carbone, 19, public intoxication, arrested by Sergeant Miller.

June 13:

Crystal Rene Flowers, 58, public intoxication, arrested by Deputy Ray
