The persons named below have been charged but not proven guilty of the crimes stated. This information is obtained by written request to the Sheriff from Sabine County Reporter.

May 24: Daylena Rose Whaley, 39, bail jumping and failure to appear felony, arrested by Sabine County SGT Leon Miller.

May 25: Jimmy Ray Hogan Jr, 48, violation of protective order bias/prejudice, arrested by Sabine County Sheriff Deputy Alec Eichler; Gilbert Ramirez, 23, credit car or debit card abuse and unlawful carrying a weapon, arrested by Hemphill Chief of Police David West.

May 26: Velton Dean Lakey, 53, public intoxication, arrested by Deputy Eichler.

May 27: Logan Cade Warner, 20, motion to revoke community supervision, arrested by Deputy Eichler; Jason Lee McDonald, 41, public intoxication, arrested by Deputy Eichler.
