May 31: Carrey William Applegate, 46, 3 yr court commitment, arrested by Sabine County Sheriff Deputy and Lead Investigator Joseph MacDonough; Mason Bradlee Belk, 24, 40 yr court commitment, arrested by Sabine County Sheriff Deputy Sean MacDonough; David Thomas Ferguson, 55, motion to adjudication of guilt. arrested by Sabine County Sheriff Deputy Sergeant Leon Miller; Tara Kate Huffman, 47, Theft, arrested by Texas State Trooper Ashlee White; Denise Michelle Johnson. 47, FTA assault family violence, arrested by Sabine County Sheriff Deputy Alec Eichler.

June 1: Cristy Shenille Dyer, 42, public intoxication, failure to maintain financial responsibility, no drivers license, arrested by Hemphill Police Officer Michael Presley; Gary Tyler Frick, 28, 30 days court commitment, arrested by Sabine County Sheriff Tom Maddox.

June 2: Elbert Kermit Moore, 62, public intoxication, terroristic threat against peace officer, arrested by Deputy Eichler; Mark Peyton Simpson, 26, motion to revoke community supervision, failure to stop at stop sign or signal light, arrested by Hemphill Police Chief David West.

June 5: David Tanner Ezell, 21, public intoxication, arrested by Sabine County Sheriff Deputy Mike Ray; James; William Griffin, 59, motion to revoke probation for theft from person, arrest by Deputy S MacDonough.
