Hemphill High School Announces Homecoming Court

The Hemphill Hornets will host the Trinity Tigers for Homecoming on Friday, Sept. 23. 

The District announced the Queen Candidates and Court for the festivities.

Senior Princesses and Queen Candidates: Yenni Flores escorted by Reagan Wall, Laken Wilkerson escorted by Kam Arrington, Morgan Scott escorted by Bo Conn and Chassidy Simmons escorted by Phillip Boehlke.

Junior Duchess: Aryane Merrill escorted by Johnathan Lucius.

Sophomore Duchess Mariah Rodriguez escorted by Lawson Vickers.

Freshman Duchess Chadsyde Price escorted by Connor Moore.

Band Sweetheart and Beau: Yenni Flores and Reagan Wall

Mr. Football: Kei'Arriyen Parks and Football Sweetheart Sydney Simmons.

Dress up days for Homecoming week differ slightly by campus but Monday is a teacher workday, so students will not be in attendance. 

Tuesday: USA Day: Wear your RED, WHITE and BLUE

Wednesday: Cartoon Day/Super hero Day

Thursday: Anything but a backpack day for high school. Middle School and Elementary Camo Day. 

Friday: Green out!

Wednesday will be Fall Festival beginning at 5 p.m. at the practice field. Come out for bonfire, dunking booth, lots of treats, games and more. 

Friday school will dismiss at 1p.m. and the parade and community pep rally on the square will begin at 2 p.m. Line up at 1:30.

Court members will begin photos at 5:30 at stadium with coronation activities beginning at 6:15 p.m.
