Aug. 8: Bryan Lee Best, 32, burglary of building, arrested by Sabine County Sheriff’s Deputy Coty Sterling, bond set- $10K; Gregory Paul Revere, 66, driving while intoxicated, arrested by Deputy Sterling, bond set $7,500K.

Aug. 9: John Alvin Ballard, 51, harrassment, arrested by Sabine County Sheriff’s Deputy Alec Eichler, bond set- PR $3,500K; Jay Allen Fling, 49, motion to revoke community service and motion to revoke, arrested by Hemphill Police Chief David West- Held; Nicholas Tyrell Moore, 26, assault family/house member impede breath/circulation, arrested by Pineland Police Officer John Ozee, bond set - $7,500K.

Aug. 11: Marvin Brent Mitchell, 28, criminal trespass, arrested by Deputy Sterling, bond set $3K.

Aug. 12: Margie Renee Davis, 51, possession of controled substance pg 1/1-B>=1G<4G, possesion of dangerous drug, arrested by Hemphill Police Officer Michael Presley, bond set $8K.
