My name is James “Bubba” Lowe and I am seeking reelection for my third term as Sabine County Commisioner of Precinct 4. I have been a long time resident of Sabine County, where I have been married for 37 years to Angie Lowe, & raised our 2 children here, who have now blessed us with 4 grandchildren. I am currently the Precinct 4 Comissioner where I have proudly served for 7 years. I have devoted 13 years of service to Sabine County and take great pride in making a positive difference in our county and community. I am dedicated, hardworking, & eager to continue serving in this position. I am truly passionate about representing our county, not only ensuring that our roads are maintained, but also seeing that our local needs are met in areas such as policy-making, budgeting & finance, but most importantly in the public health & safety operations for our citizens. I am trustworthy, committed, & have the best interest of this county in mind, so please vote for me Bubba Lowe so I can continue to make Sabine County the best place to call home!
