Rumors are running rampant concerning additional arrests in the fugitive case of Matthew Edgar. We cannot confirm details of any arrests yet, as the Sheriff''s Dept. and U.S. Marshals have not done so. Tune it at one for more info.

Tonight, everyone in Sabine County is resting a little easier. Behind the walls of the County Jail, Matthew Hoyt Edgar is in custody, after being on the run for a year. We spoke with the Chief Investigator who told us the U.S. Marshall's found Edgar locally and took him into custody. He will be in court after the first of the week to be formally sentenced to 99 years in prison.
